Circulating items in the Circulation and CTRC Collections can be borrowed and returned at the Circulation Counter. Library users are reminded that book security systems have been installed at all exits of the Library. Library users leaving the Library with materials not properly checked out will activate the alarms at the exit gates, and will be subject to disciplinary action.
