Intercom handsets are installed next to the OPAC / WWW workstations on LP, 1/F, 2/F and 3/F of MMW Library, serving as hotline between the workstation areas and the Information Counter. Library users who encounter difficulties in using the Library Catalogue or electronic resources can simply pick up the handset and seek assistance from a professional librarian at the Information Counter.
